Question:

What is GPRA?

(Last edited: Thursday, November 21, 2013, 11:03 AM)
Answer:
GPRA stands for the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993, but it is also used, informally, to refer to the surveys (or data collection forms) mandated by the Act. For most grant-funded activities, participants in those activities are asked to complete, voluntarily, one or more surveys. The data from the surveys is then analyzed and reported to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and serves as a "report card" to Congress. Congress may evaluate this data to make decisions about future grant funding. More information on GPRA can be accessed through the link "What is GPRA?" at the top of the main page.
Question:

What is the informed consent questionnaire about?

(Last edited: Thursday, November 21, 2013, 11:03 AM)
Answer:
The informed consent document at the top of the main page is a required form by the University of Pittsburgh Institutional Review Board. For the purposes of this grant, the IRB has required that we receive consent from participants for the POSITive Survey (faculty and resident version). The consent form explains the purposes of the survey, the conditions for participation, and contact information should questions or concerns appear.
Question:

Why can't I find a course?

(Last edited: Thursday, November 21, 2013, 11:04 AM)
Answer:
While most of the content on the main page is viewable by everyone, you will only be able to see, and access, courses for which you are enrolled. My Courses is located on the main page, but you will likely have to Scroll Down to see the links. If you still do not see your course, please submit a technical help request, located under the help menu on the left hand side of the main page.
Question:

Why can't I view a weblink?

(Last edited: Thursday, November 21, 2013, 11:05 AM)
Answer:
Although there may be many reasons for not being able to view a weblink, Moodle will require that pop-up blockers are disabled. Check your system and disable pop-up blockers when viewing the POSITive website.
